My business has been in existence for 3 years or more, what should I do for a credit check?

If your company exists longer than 3 years you only need to fill in the credit check form. We will then request the details from the Chamber of Commerce and automatically do a credit check.

My company is less than 3 years old, what should I do for a credit check?

If your company is less than three years old, we advise you to wait with leasing a bicycle. Unfortunately a credit check is not yet available.

When will I know if the credit check has been approved?

The credit check takes 3 to 4 working days. After filling out the credit check form, you don't have to do anything else. You will receive an email from us whether your credit check has been approved.

What should I do if my credit check is rejected?

If you have any questions about the reason for the rejection or any doubts about the accuracy of the rejection, please contact us.
