CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION TOUR DE FRANCE PREDICTION - JUNE 24, 2025

1. General  

1.1. These action conditions (hereinafter: the "Conditions") apply to the Tour de France Prediction contest (hereinafter: the "Contest"). The Contest is organized by Lease a Bike B.V., located at Stationsplein 19a (3818 LE) in Amersfoort (hereinafter: "Amersfoort") for the promotion of Lease a Bike.

2. Who can participate?  

2.1. By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to these Conditions.  

2.2. Employees of Lease a Bike and their family members are excluded from participation in the Contest.  

2.3. Employees from affiliated companies who have completed the form on the campaign landing page no later than July 7, 2025, stand a chance to win 2 VIP tickets for the Tour de France 2026.  

2.4. Employees from affiliated companies who have completed the form on the campaign landing page no later than July 14, 2025, stand a chance to win an exclusive Team Visma | Lease a Bike merchandise package.

3. How and when can you participate?  

3.1.1. The Contest starts on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 12:00 noon and ends on Monday, July 14, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (hereinafter: the "Contest Period"). During the Contest Period, Participants can enter the contest via the form on the landing page: https://www.lease-a-bike.nl/join-the-tour-voorspelling-2025.  

3.2. Each Participant can submit a maximum of one form. If a Participant submits multiple forms, they will be excluded from the draw.  

3.3. If there is a Relevant Relationship between Lease a Bike and the Participant as defined in the Advertising Code Social Media & Influencer Marketing, the Participant must comply with this Code (see: https://www.reclamecode.nl/nrc/reclamecode-social-media-rsm).

4. Prize  

4.1. Among the Participants, two Team Visma | Lease a Bike VIP tickets will be raffled (hereinafter: the "Grand Prize") valued at €2,295 per person. This pertains to a VIP experience in France during the Tour de France 2026, including two overnight stays, a return flight, a visit to the team hotel and starting point of Team Visma | Lease a Bike, dinners, and experiencing the race at various locations with Team Visma | Lease a Bike vehicles. Among the Participants, a Team Visma | Lease a Bike merchandise package will be raffled for each participating company (a total of nine companies) (hereinafter: the "Additional Prize").  

4.2. To be eligible for the Grand Prize, the Participant must have completed the form on the landing page by July 7, 2025.  

4.3. On Monday, August 4, 2025, the winner of the Contest will be determined. To determine the winner, we will check for each question answered how many positions you deviate from the correct answer. The closer you are to the correct answer, the fewer penalty points you receive per question. The participant with the fewest penalty points is the winner. In case of a tie, the winner will be determined by a draw, conducted by Lease a Bike B.V. via the website https://wheelofnames.com.  

4.4. The Grand Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for substitute prizes or cash.  

4.5. The winner of the Grand Prize will receive two flight tickets, booked by Lease a Bike. The winner has no say in flight times, airline, and class.  

4.6. Lease a Bike reserves the right to cancel a won Grand Prize in case of force majeure situations that make awarding the Grand Prize irresponsible or impossible.  

4.7. By participating in the contest, the Participant confirms that they have participated on their own initiative and in their personal name, have permission from their employer to receive any prizes, and have given permission for us to contact them in relation to the contest.  

4.8. If the winner is not allowed by their employer to accept the Grand Prize, the right to the Grand Prize lapses. In this case, Lease a Bike B.V. will select a new winner via a draw.  

4.9. The winner of the Grand Prize is not eligible for the Additional Prize.

5. Claiming a Grand Prize  

5.1. The winner of the contest will be announced via email, sent to the email address known to us that is linked to the Lease a Bike account.  

5.2. After receiving the email, the winner must confirm by email that they wish to accept the Grand Prize. Only then can the Grand Prize be claimed.  

5.3. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after Lease a Bike has sent the message, the claim to the Grand Prize reverts to Lease a Bike, and Lease a Bike may decide to award the Grand Prize to another Participant. Lease a Bike B.V. will select a new winner via a draw in this case.

6. Personal data and privacy  

6.1. By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to the processing of personal data concerning them by Lease a Bike and/or parties engaged by Lease a Bike in accordance with the provisions of this article.  

6.2. To enable participation in the Contest, drawing of the winners, and awarding the Grand Prize, it is necessary for Lease a Bike B.V. to process certain personal data of the winner. Lease a Bike processes the contact details of the social media account used to participate in the Contest to determine the winner and to contact them. Furthermore, the winner must provide their contact details in a private message to Lease a Bike so that contact can be made regarding the Grand Prize. The Participant guarantees that all provided information is correct and complete.  

6.3. Lease a Bike (i) will not collect more personal data than necessary for awarding the Grand Prize and will use the collected personal data solely for that purpose, including providing that personal data to anyone who is directly or indirectly involved in or connected to the organization of the Contest and (ii) will not disperse the collected personal data outside the European Economic Area, unless permitted under the General Data Protection Regulation.

7. Publicity  

7.1. By participating in the Contest, Participants agree that Lease a Bike will publicly announce the social media account of the winning Participant in the comments of the Contest's social media post.

8. Liability  

8.1. Lease a Bike cannot be held liable for any damage, of any kind, related to participation in the Contest, including damage caused by (i) inaccuracies in the prize description(s), (ii) actions arising from the Contest, (iii) any taxes, levies or other costs that prize winners must pay at any time in connection with the won prize, (iv) (defects in) a Grand Prize awarded by it. Lease a Bike provides no guarantees on the Grand Prize to be awarded by it.

9. Miscellaneous  

9.1. Lease a Bike reserves the right to terminate the Contest without further announcement or to change these Conditions without prior notice. The amended Conditions will be published on the Lease a Bike website (www.lease-a-bike.nl).  

9.2. If Lease a Bike detects fraud in participation in the Contest, then Lease a Bike has the discretionary authority not to award the Grand Prize and to exclude the fraudulent Participant(s) from further participation in the Contest.  

9.3. The result cannot be corresponded about, except for the private message to Lease a Bike in which a winning Participant provides their name and contact information.  

9.4. In cases not provided for in these Conditions, a decision will be made by Lease a Bike.  

9.5. Dutch law applies to the Contest and the Conditions. Any disputes arising from or related to the Contest will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, which has exclusive jurisdiction.  

9.6. Lease a Bike acts in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance.

10. Complaints and contact  

10.1. Complaints about the Contest can be submitted in writing to Lease a Bike at the postal address mentioned in article 1.1 or by contacting our customer support department at 085-2098000. Lease a Bike will respond within two weeks of the date of a complaint.
