TERMS AND CONDITIONS LA VUELTA A ESPAÑA PREDICTION – 23 AUGUST 2025

1. General
1.1. These promotional terms and conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the La Vuelta a España Prediction prize draw (hereinafter: the “Promotion”). The Promotion is organized by Lease a Bike B.V., located at Stationsplein 19a (3818 LE) in Amersfoort (hereinafter: “Amersfoort”), to promote Lease a Bike.

2. Who can participate?
2.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. All employees of Lease a Bike and their family members are excluded from participation in the Promotion.
2.3. Employees of affiliated companies who have completed the form on the campaign landing page by 1 September 2025 are eligible to win an exclusive Team Visma | Lease a Bike merchandise package.

3. How and when can you participate?
3.1. The Promotion starts on Tuesday, 24 August 2025 at 12:00 PM and ends on Monday, 14 September 2025 at 11:59 PM (hereinafter: the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, Participants can enter the prize draw by completing the form on the landing page: https://www.lease-a-bike.nl/Voorspel-de-La-Vuelta-a-Espana-2025.
3.2. Each Participant may submit only one form. If a Participant submits multiple forms, they will be disqualified from the draw.
3.3. If there is a Relevant Relationship between Lease a Bike and the Participant as defined in the Advertising Code for Social Media & Influencer Marketing, the Participant must comply with that Code (see: https://www.reclamecode.nl/nrc/reclamecode-social-media-rsm).

4. Prize
4.1. Exclusive Team Visma | Lease a Bike merchandise packages (hereinafter: the “Main Prize”) worth €250 per person will be raffled among the Participants. The merchandise package includes a Team Visma | Lease a Bike cycling jersey, water bottle, and cycling cap.
4.2. To be eligible for the Main Prize, the Participant must complete the form on the landing page by 1 September 2025.
4.3. The winner of the Promotion will be determined before Friday, 19 September 2025. To determine the winner, the number of positions deviating from the correct answer per question will be calculated. The closer the answer is to the correct one, the fewer penalty points are given per question. The Participant with the fewest penalty points is the winner. In the case of a tie, the winner will be chosen by a draw conducted by Lease a Bike B.V. via the website https://wheelofnames.com.
4.4. The Main Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative prizes or cash.
4.5. Lease a Bike reserves the right to cancel the awarding of the Main Prize in case of force majeure that makes awarding the prize irresponsible or impossible.
4.6. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant confirms that they are entering on their own initiative and in a personal capacity, have obtained permission from their employer to accept any prizes, and have given permission for Lease a Bike to contact them regarding the Promotion.
4.7. If the winner is not allowed to accept the Main Prize by their employer, the right to the prize lapses. In that case, Lease a Bike B.V. will select a new winner via a draw.

5. Claiming a Main Prize
5.1. The winner will be notified by email, sent to the email address associated with the Participant’s Lease a Bike account.
5.2. Upon receiving the email, the winner must confirm by email that they accept the Main Prize. Only then can the prize be awarded.
5.3. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of Lease a Bike sending the notification, their claim to the Main Prize will lapse and Lease a Bike may award the prize to another Participant. In this case, Lease a Bike B.V. will select a new winner via a draw.

6. Personal Data and Privacy
6.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to the processing of their personal data by Lease a Bike and/or third parties engaged by Lease a Bike in accordance with the provisions of this article.
6.2. To facilitate participation in the Promotion, winner selection, and awarding of the Main Prize, it is necessary for Lease a Bike B.V. to process certain personal data of the winner. Lease a Bike will process the contact details of the social media account used to participate in order to identify the winner and get in touch. The winner must also send their contact details to Lease a Bike via private message for prize coordination. The Participant guarantees that all submitted data is correct and complete.
6.3. Lease a Bike (i) will not collect more personal data than necessary to award the Main Prize and will only use the collected data for that purpose, including sharing with individuals involved in the organization of the Promotion and (ii) will not transfer the collected data outside the European Economic Area, unless allowed under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Publicity
7.1. By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree that Lease a Bike may publicly share the winner’s social media account in the comments of the Promotion’s social media post.

8. Liability
8.1. Lease a Bike cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind related to participation in the Promotion, including damages caused by (i) inaccuracies in the prize description(s), (ii) actions resulting from the Promotion, (iii) any taxes, levies, or other costs the winner may owe in connection with the prize, (iv) defects in the Main Prize. Lease a Bike does not provide any warranties on the Main Prize.

9. Miscellaneous
9.1. Lease a Bike reserves the right to terminate the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the Lease a Bike website (www.lease-a-bike.nl).
9.2. If Lease a Bike detects fraud in connection with participation in the Promotion, it has the discretionary authority to withhold the Main Prize and exclude the fraudulent Participant(s) from further participation.
9.3. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome, except for the private message in which the winning Participant provides their name and contact details to Lease a Bike.
9.4. In any situations not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Lease a Bike will decide.
9.5. Dutch law applies to the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising from or related to the Promotion will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
9.6. Lease a Bike operates in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance.

10. Complaints and Contact
10.1. Complaints about the Promotion can be submitted in writing to Lease a Bike at the address mentioned in article 1.1, or by contacting our customer support team at 085-2098000. Lease a Bike will respond within two weeks of the date of the complaint.
