You can find your Contract ID in the Lease a Bike platform or on your leasing agreement. Don’t have a bike via Lease a Bike? Simply ask your HR department or internal contact person for the Company ID. Still getting an error message? Double-check that there are no spaces in the ID. Your Contract or Company ID is essential to link your rides to the correct employer.

No, the final deadline to register your kilometers is Thursday, May 21st at 23:59. We recommend logging your kilometers immediately after your ride or the following morning, if you cycled with us in the first three days. Be sure to remind your colleagues as well!

This campaign is specifically for commuting kilometers. If you cycle from home to work and back, you should register both legs of the trip. Do you cycle to the station before catching a train? You can definitely count that cycled portion of your journey!

Can employees without a lease bike also register their kilometers? Absolutely! This campaign is designed to inspire everyone to get into the saddle. It doesn’t matter if you’re riding your own bike or a leased bike.

During the 'Bike to Work Days', we encourage your employees to experience their daily commute more mindfully and capture the most beautiful moments along the way. Whether it’s a stunning sunrise, a cheerful animal in a field, an impressive building, or a peaceful stretch of nature—we’re looking for those perfect "cycling moments."

What can you win?

We will be raffling off a unique prize package among all participating companies:

• For the company: An exclusive, framed, and signed cycling jersey by Wout van Aert. A tangible trophy to celebrate your team's active commitment.

• For the employees: The employees whose photos are featured in the company's social media post (up to 10 people) will each receive a premium merchandise pack as a thank you for their efforts.

How to participate?

Joining is easy, and you are free to design your social media post in a way that best fits your company culture!

1. Collect the moments: Ask your colleagues to send you their best, most striking, or beautiful photos from their commute during the campaign week.

2. Pick your favorites: Select up to 10 photos. Of course, you can also choose to highlight just one—it’s entirely up to you!

3. Post by May 28th at the latest: Show that you’re part of the movement with a post on your corporate Instagram and/or LinkedIn account. Put your own spin on it! It’s a great opportunity to demonstrate that sustainability and employee health are top priorities for your organization. Feel free to mention the total amount your team has cycled as well!

4. Tag us: Don't forget to tag @Lease_a_Bike in your post. This is the only way we can track your entry and enter your company into the digital raffle!
